WHY ARE THEY LEAVING?
South Bend schools’ enrollment is down nearly 700 students this year, and it’s predicted that an additional 500 will leave by the Fall of 2020.
The questions of where these students have gone and why they’re leaving the South Bend Community School Corporation are the topic for discussion at a public forum on
Wednesday, October 30, 2019, from 6 – 7:30 pm, at the
Civil Rights Heritage Center, 1040 W Washington St. SB
The event is sponsored by CAFÉ (Community Action for Education).
